If you regret:

According to Danish law you have a 14-day right of cancellation.

The conditions for withdrawing a purchase are:
• The right of cancellation is 14 days from the day you receive the goods.
• Please inform us that you want to return the goods and return the goods within 14 days.
• You carry the risk of the goods from the delivery of the goods yourself.

In order for us to refund the full amount, the following must be fulfilled:
• The goods must be returned in original packaging and be in the same condition as on receipt.

Reimbursement
In case of card or returned goods, the money is returned to the payment account.
Fuhrhide.com provides a 2-year warranty under the Buyer Act, which includes fabrication and material defects identified by the product. The warranty does not cover errors, damages or wears that have arisen directly or indirectly as a consequence of improper use. Complaints about defects that should be detected by the usual examination of the product must be notified within a reasonable period of time. This means that the goods must be examined immediately upon receipt. The product can subsequently be returned for repair, replacement or possibly. crediting.

Payment
Fuhrhide receives payment with Dankort / VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard and Paypal. Payment will only be deducted from your account when the item is shipped.

All prices are available in DKK & Euro. Prices are incl. VAT.

The buyer must provide their address and telephone number when an order is placed.

Fuhrhide uses an authorized payment server that encrypts all your card information with the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that third party visitors can not read your information.

Shipping and return
Delivery is made as soon as possible. Typically, we will ship the order within 1-3 days after we have received the order. During special offers, during sales and during high season delivery time may be slightly longer.

Warranty
Fuhrhide.com provides 2 years’ right of claim under the Buying Act which includes fabrication and material defects found on the product. Complaints about defects that should be detected by the usual inspection of the product must be notified within a reasonable period of time. Typically, it’ll take a week’s time until we receive the package and is processed by our bookkeeping. The product is accepted if the full order is included in the package and copy of order confirmation or prior correspondence.

Covid-19 information

All of our designs are stored in the Fuhrhide warehouse –  Aarhus, Denmark

According to the WHO it is completely safe to receive commercial goods. The likelihood of a design being contaminated by an infected person is very low. The FuhrHide package will have been packed, moved, travelled and exposed to different temperatures and conditions = making the risk of contamination even lower. 

In the FuhrHide warehouse we have taken extra health and safety precautions to make sure our small team of staff are always wearing gloves and are not coming into close contact with one another or the stored goods.

Our operations are running normally, meaning we are experiencing no delays in packing and dispatching orders. 

Our couriers worldwide might need an extra day or two, as they like we are taking precautions to ensure all shipment will follow the WHO guidelines.
